❑ Complete ALI IG Certification Program License Agreement and Application forms. Scan and email completed forms to [email protected].
❑ ALI IG Certification Annual Fee will be billed by ALI; invoice is emailed to billing contact listed on Application form. Once payment is received, license will be activated.
❑ Contact a laboratory accepted by ALI to have a sample of the product(s) to be certified tested. (Note that each different assembly must be tested initially for Certification and once annually to maintain certification.) Test reports will be sent from the test lab directly to ALI.
❑ If reported test findings are validated for completeness and indicate compliance with the requisite specification and program requirements, ALI issues an Authorization for Product Certification and lists the product in the IG Certified Products Directory.
❑ The first of two unannounced plant inspections conducted by ALI will occur within 6 months of signing the License Agreement (for surveillance inspections of the Licensee’s assembly process and audit of the Quality Management System so as to determine compliance with the requirements of the ALI IG Certification Program).
