There have been a lot of changes to the AAMA website and its vast members-only content, and we’ve gone over plenty of resources now available to members. But there’s one page that is a great, quick resource for me personally and that can be a valuable resource for members as well. As part of the ongoing improvements to the updated AAMA website, users can now easily find and contact specific members of the AAMA staff. A new staff directory was added and can be found at aamanet.org/people. There, you’ll see a hyperlinked list of AAMA’s eight departments. Click on any department to see all staff members included in it. Or, just scroll down the page to see everyone who works at AAMA.

I use this page constantly, since I often work with staff members on writing articles and blogs for the site or quoting them in press releases. If I need to double-check a title or spelling, I can use this page to make sure what I’m writing is accurate – especially since we recently had some company promotions!

Each AAMA staff member has a profile picture posted along with their name and title, meaning you can put a face to a name whenever you get an email from AAMA staff. Or, if you’re at an AAMA conference and need to speak with a particular staff member, all you have to do is pull up this page to see who you should be looking for.

If you need to contact AAMA about a particular issue or question but you’re not sure who to reach out to, you can read a description of each department’s duties on this page, too. From there, you can email any staff member. Just click on the small envelope icon by any person’s name and an email window with their address will pop up.
