About the Library

The Fenestration and Glazing Virtual Library (FGVL) offers electronic versions of AAMA and IGMA publications in an effort to make technical information resources more readily available to Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA) members. This library does not contain all AAMA and IGMA documents (see list of documents here).

Note: The Fenestration and Glazing Virtual Library is hosted on ShareFile. To access the files, members use assigned credentials, which are separate from individual members-only website login credentials. Contact [email protected] with any questions.

This program, which consists of two libraries, one each for AAMA and IGMA publications, is currently available to FGIA members once a license agreement has been approved and payment received. Eligible participants include Category 1 and Glass Product Council members, as well as Technical Consultant and Professional members.

Documents will be available to participants by entering a company-specific username and password. Technical Consultant and Professional members will have a member-specific username and password.

Market Study Global Access

This option allows members to gain market study access for the entire company. Global Access allows anyone at a member company to access the market study and use its information. Previously, only main contacts at Category 1 and 2 companies received a complimentary copy of the study upon its release, with the option of purchasing additional copies at a significantly discounted member rate. Main contacts still receive the complimentary copy and will continue to do so. However, now, instead of purchasing multiple copies beyond that, Category 1 and 2 member companies may choose to purchase one license for their entire company.

FenestrationMasters® Virtual Library

Candidates who purchase a course subscription and exam bundle will receive FREE 12-month, read-only access to the FenestrationMasters Virtual Library, which includes electronic versions of over 50 technical documents referenced in the FenestrationAssociate^® and FenestrationMaster curriculum.

The option to print these documents in order to study for the exam and to bring into the exam as reference material is available for purchase, and a license agreement must be completed for the read-only and the print-enabled access options of the FenestrationMasters Virtual Library.
