Do I need to wear a face mask?

The venue will accommodate CDC-recommended spacing for our group under current operating capacity and currently requires face coverings in all indoor and public areas regardless of the vaccination status. We support the choice of individuals and businesses to continue to mask out of an abundance of caution as this pandemic isn’t over yet.

What are the considerations for those who want to continue to socially distance and avoid shaking hands, hugging, etc.?

We support the choice of those who want to continue practicing physical social distancing, which means keeping a safe space between yourself and other people who are not from your household. What makes you feel safe is a personal choice. We are encouraging you to be open and communicative about your preferred physical boundaries.

How will social distancing be managed at meals and networking events, and what impact will this have on social interactions?

Meals and networking events will be hosted outside, where possible depending upon weather. Food and beverage are currently being serviced by resort staff behind plexiglass with self-service items eliminated unless fully packaged.

Networking events will be structured to allow for free-flowing social interaction guided by safety protocols to enable high-value participant engagement.
